About The Tour

Tour Description

Tour "Kayaking and Latvia Sauna Tour" will give you wider insight into Latvia nature and culture rather than just staying in Riga.

This activity will take you to the beautiful countryside of Latvia and you will see small towns, old farms and farmlands during the transfer to the starting point of this Latvia boat tour.

While boating you will enjoy peaceful nature of river Ogre for ~2 hours depending on your speed and amount of water in the river.

You will experience relaxing time in bath house, swiming, sunbathing etc. after kayaking and we will take care about a small picnic and drinkable water to drink while doing sauna. If you prefer beer, you are welcome to bring your own.

Boating on river Ogre doesn't require previous experience or any special skills as river is slow in summer time. Nevertheless you will receive instructions on how to paddle before the start.

Bath house is located in a beautiful pine tree forest, right next to the river so it's close to do a cool off swim after the hot sauna.

Our base camp has not only sauna, but also wifi, good toilets, volleyball field, basketball basket, football goals so different activities are possible after kayaking on the river for you and your friends. But if you will want to just do nothing, but relax that's also fine.
